February 19, 2022 was the 11th anniversary of the day my father died. We all miss him. One of the best gifts he ever gave me was to introduce me to live concert performance and opera aged 11 or 12, and it stuck! To celebrate him, l went to a Toronto Symphony Orchestra concert on Saturday with the amazing Angela Hewitt! I think I’m going to make a habit of this… Make what once was the saddest day of all into a very glad one, with the power of music.
