• Active Abilities Canada board member: AAC supports communities and organizations to facilitate the participation of people with disabilities in sport, physical activity, and recreation 2025 - 2028

• “A Framework for Self Advocacy” was published in CareerWise, an online magazine for career professionals.The SAL program at Humber Polytechnic, is based on my original work in this paper, June 2, 2026

• Delivered keynote speech for Self Advocacy Learning (SAL) Launch event at Humber Polytechnic March 24, 2026

• Develop and consult on disability content for Humber Polytechnic Self Advocacy Learning Modules 2025 - 2026, including full script and production of Mindset video series 

• Focus on People with Disabilities (PWD) Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives at TD Bank 2020 - 2024

• Led The Human Library Pilot event, held in September 2022, worked closely with business partners, I&D and external vendor to ensure full attendance and 100% participation in evaluation; move to phase 2 in 2023

• Initiated and built relationship with Human Library Organization, made successful recommendation to executives; secured funding for pilot from two Lines of Business and initiated discussion for long term collaboration between TD and Human Library Organization 2021

• Developed original proposals for end-to-end Career Development program for PWD, including all new training components on Self Advocacy for PWD, Disability Insider Training for People Managers – presented to TD Chair of People with Disabilities Committee, and to Learning & Development; multiple business partners 2021

• Participated in TD Wealth pilot project consultation with Specialisterne on recruitment, hiring, onboarding and development of people with disabilities 2020

• Leadership Training: Enabling Leaders: TD program for PWD 2019; Finance Mentorship 2020

• Self Advocacy Presentation: Humber Polytechnic: Transition to Work Events for Students with Disabilities 2019
