When I do my exercise, I always look to move with beautiful music, and sometimes in my rambles through YouTube I come across little gems! Who knew that fencing moves informed the beginnings of classical ballet or that chess emerged out of a desire to settle disputes without bloodshed? Imagine what kind of world we will have when conflicts are resolved with sporting competitions. Better to live in the art of the possible!
